Bootcamp ~ check; gym membership ~ check; belly dancing ~ check; kick boxing ~ check! I've done all of those things and some but the one exercise ~ YES EXERCISE ~ that I've been committed to for nearly two years is Pole Dancing. You not only build up your upper body strength, you learn to really carry your weight (I'm a thick chick)! So ladies, before you say you can't, I'm here to tell you that you definitely can. I visit studios in various cities but I currently call SpinArella Pole Dance Fitness in Atlanta my home! It's more than pole, it's dance, it's shake it's all around exercise (come visit sometime).
